Workshops & Courses
Once you have signed up you will be liable for the full agreed fee. For cancellations there will be no refunds or transfers unless:
the workshop is full and your place can be filled from a waiting list, or
you are sick/injured/pregnant and can provide a doctor’s note
In these cases we will refund the fee. All clients are asked to agree to Circle Holding terms and conditions upon booking a course or workshop.
If a course or workshop is cancelled you will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event. Once you have committed to a course or workshop, we recommend that you attend the scheduled number of sessions to get the most out of the programme. If you decide to withdraw from the course part way through there will be no refund available.
One to One Sessions
We operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or if you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee in these circumstances. If you miss your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours prior to the booked appointment.
Booking
All bookings are made via the online booking system. We offer full payment for the course up front or 4 monthly instalments. If you sign up to the instalment plan, payment will be taken automatically on a monthly basis until complete. In some special circumstances payment by bank transfer may be possible.
Your place will only be confirmed once full payment for the first instalment has been received. Please note that your certificate will not be issued upon completion of the course until full payment has been made.
Recordings of all online sessions are exclusively for your own use.
Please note that all group sessions will be recorded and shared with the whole group. These recordings will not be available to anybody outside the participant group.
STATEMENT of INCLUSION
Welcome to All Who Attend Classes: A Note To Women
All women and people who experience periods and all of the below are welcome in our courses and practices & props will support:
women during their bleed time
Women experiencing peri-menopause and menopause
Pregnant women
Women seeking to conceive
Lactating women can feed their children and express milk
All rhythms of womanhood are respected together with the physical and emotional needs
If for any reason you are unable to attend due to sickness, pregnancy issues, injury, bereavement or other reason please do contact us and we will do our best to transfer your place to a suitable alternative event if at all possible.
Course & Workshop Content
All trainings, assessments and mentoring sessions on our trainings will be led by the named course leader. All training courses are led by teachers who are considered to be experts and senior teachers in their field. On occasion their may be guest teachers providing additional content.
The videos from all courses and workshops and all the content on the online portal belong to Circle Holding and the course provider and compile of copyright law and are protected legally. No content can be passed to third parties without prior written consent of Circle Holding.
No recordings either photographic, video or audio of live sessions may be made on other devices unless you have express permission in writing from Circle Holding.
As a yoga teacher you are required to have valid yoga teacher insurance when teaching yoga and this is not included in the trainings and workshops.
We welcome people from all backgrounds and professions.
GDPR
Circle Holding is a GDPR compliant organisation. Any personal details that are requested from you in order to safely and effectively deliver the training will be held under this legislation and not shared to any third parties. As a participant you are bound to adhere to GDPR legislation in relation to other participants on trainings and workshops.
Release of Liability
By signing up and paying for workshops or trainings with Yoga Teachers Forum you agree to the stated below:
"After being informed of the above risks and responsibilities, I generally release Circle Holding, together with its course and workshop Trainers and other representatives from all claims, causes of action, medical expenses, and other costs related to my participation, whether they arise while at any of our trainings, or from my later use of included information and practices or any practices at home"
Complaints Prodedure
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint, please do contact via our contacts page to arrange a meeting to discuss your issue. The trainings and workshops are supportive and inclusive and good communication is important for you to get the most out of the trainings. We take the care of the students on our training and workshops very seriously and will work compassionately with you to resolve any issue.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified, it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

What we collect
We may collect the following information from students/clients and potential students/
clients:
– Name
– Contact information including email address, phone number, postal address
– Emergency contact details
– Key health information relevant to safe class and clinic practice
– Preference for receiving information by email, phone/text or both
Lawful basis and purpose of the processing
The lawful basis for this processing from May 25th 2018 is your consent. The purpose of this processing is to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
– Internal record keeping.
– Arranging classes, events and appointments.
– To notify of class cancellations
– Safe class/clinic practice.
– We may periodically send promotional emails about events, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
Retention period and your ability to control your personal information
Your personal information will be retained and may be processed until you withdraw your consent.
