Yoga Nidra & Circle Holding
Join us on this 6-week practical training where you will be able to create your own yoga nidras confidently and learn how to facilitate a talking circle to build community and connection or to add depth to your workshops and retreats. You do NOT need to be a yoga teacher to do this course.
